We are looking for an Collection Executive to join our team at Finonis Kredit Service Private Limited. The role involves calling customers and collecting pending emi amount. The position offers ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 20,000 and incentives upto 20000 based on performance opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers through call to collect overdue payments..
negotiate repayment plan or settlement..
Follow up regularly untill dues are cleared.
update records of collection activities.
meet monthly collection targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass

Candidate should have collection Experience

Experience:

6 month - 3 years of experience

Negotiation skills : ability to convince customer to pay dues

problem solving : handling dispute or payment issue
