Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers for payment collections

Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Resolve customer queries related to payments and dues

Meet daily and monthly collection targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Basic proficiency in English and Hindi

Good communication and negotiation skills

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
