Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collections Executive (Recovery Agent) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments and ensuring timely collections while maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through calls regarding overdue payments

• Follow up on pending dues and maintain payment records

• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts

• Maintain professionalism and good communication with customers

• Update collection status in the system regularly

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Immediate joiners preferred
