Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer recovery and collection calls/follow-ups.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending payments.

• Follow up on assigned cases and achieve collection targets.

• Maintain proper records and update recovery status.

• Resolve customer queries related to payments and dues.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recovery/collections or a related field.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
