Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Collection Executives to manage collection activities, follow up with customers, and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments and pending EMIs.

- Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and recovery.

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding dues.

- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and follow-ups.

- Identify delayed payment cases and escalate difficult cases to the reporting manager.

- Ensure professional customer handling and compliance with company collection policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: Up to 28 years.

- Qualification: Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Graduate.

- Experience in collections, loan recovery, or field sales is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if field visits are required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Collection Manager to oversee collection operations, manage collection staff, monitor overdue accounts, and achieve recovery targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor collection activities across the assigned area.

- Lead, guide, and motivate collection executives to achieve monthly targets.

- Track overdue accounts, delinquency levels, and recovery performance.

- Plan field visits and follow-up strategies for high-risk and overdue accounts.

- Review daily collection reports and ensure timely reporting to senior management.

- Handle escalated customer cases and support resolution of payment-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices.

- Coordinate with branch teams and other departments to improve collection efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: Up to 28 years.

- Qualification: Graduate preferred.

- Prior experience in loan collections, recovery, or field collections is preferred.

- Team-handling experience is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage collection targets and field operations.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
