📌 Job Opening – Telecaller / Collection Executive

Aequitas Debt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecaller / Collection Executives for its Debt Recovery & Collection team. The role involves making outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups, handling soft bucket (0–30 DPD), hard bucket, and written-off accounts, and updating daily recovery status in the system. Candidates must follow RBI-compliant recovery practices and achieve assigned monthly targets.

Eligibility:

SSLC / PUC / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or regional languages.

Prior experience in collections or BPO is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills required.
