Job Title: Call Collection Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Call Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via phone calls to remind them of overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Achieve assigned collection targets and productivity goals.
Escalate complex cases to the concerned team or manager when required.
Update collection status in the CRM/system on a daily basis.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections, Telecalling, Recovery, or Customer Support.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BPO collections is preferred.
Hindi language is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
