About your role We are looking for a proactive and techno-functional Specialist – Client Reporting Solutions to balance Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery with end-to-end business, change and delivery process optimization. Working across business, operations, and technology teams, you will support BAU, identify opportunities to simplify, and standardize processes by leveraging data, AI, automation, and process reengineering. The ideal candidate combines an agile mindset with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into practical solutions. You will support change initiatives from solution design through implementation and UAT while strengthening governance, reporting, risk management, and operational capability to deliver sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement. About you The successful candidate will be expected to perform the primary duties associated with this role. Key Responsibilities Business Process Transformation Support end-to-end business and delivery process optimization through simplification, standardization, process reengineering, and automation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and client outcomes by leveraging AI, digital solutions, and data-driven insights. Liaison with business and technology teams to design and implement sustainable process improvements and operating models. Client Reporting Operations Support BAU delivery to meet service levels, quality standards, and business objectives. Support report preparation and delivery Take ownership of the assigned task, ensuring that reports are prepared / delivered accurately and timely. Design, enhance, and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and client requirements. Analyse reporting requirements, assess operational impacts, and recommend scalable reporting and process solutions. Governance, Risk & Data Management Support governance through business reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking. Ensure robust data quality, reporting integrity, and compliance with governance standards. Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and control improvements. Project Delivery & Change Support cross-functional business transformation initiatives from planning through implementation. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and execution. Apply Agile/SAFe principles to deliver change effectively and support successful business adoption. Capability Building & Stakeholder Management Prepare process documentation, standards, and knowledge assets to support operational excellence. Support knowledge sharing, and adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working. Build effective relationships with business, technology, operations, and client stakeholders Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise AI-enabled productivity tools and technology adoption. Business process improvement and BAU delivery. Financial instruments, Mutual funds, Fund Accounting and Reporting domain expertise Techno-functional solution design and delivery. Agile/SAFe methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); JIRA use expertise. Client Reporting, business analytics and data governance. Risk, issue, and quality management. Professional Attributes Experience working within global, cross-functional environments. Good stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and Effective executive communication skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. High degree of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline. Capable of coordinating change across stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance or a related discipline. MBA with Engineering background preferred. 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery or Business Transformation in Fund Administration / Asset Management / Investment Banking domain. Certification in NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
