We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead and oversee the organization’s finance and accounting functions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete finance & accounting function
• Financial reporting, MIS, budgeting & forecasting
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue & profitability
• Strengthen internal financial controls and processes
• Oversee taxation, statutory compliance and audits
• Analyze costs, margins and outlet/unit profitability
• Support business expansion and strategic financial decisions
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements
• Lead, mentor and manage the finance team
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams
🎯 Candidate Profile
✔ Qualified CA with 10–15 years of experience
✔ Strong experience in Finance & Accounting
✔ Candidates from Food & Beverage / Hotel / Hospitality industry preferred
✔ Experience managing multiple outlets/business units will be an advantage
✔ Strong leadership, analytical and commercial skills
✔ Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, MIS and financial controls
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
