*Key Responsibilities*
-Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
-Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure proper record keeping.
-Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits with required documentation.
-Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
-Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulations.
-Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis for management.
-Support in ROC filings, board resolutions, and other secretarial work (as needed).
