We are looking for an Chartered Accountant to join our team at [•Thakur Job Consultant•]. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Record keeping, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping

Preparation & analysis of financial statements

Accounts payable/receivable management

Bank & cash reconciliation

GST compliance: GSTR-1, 3B, 2A/2B, 9, 9C, GST reconciliation, ITC adjustments, registration & notice replies

TDS compliance: 24Q, 26Q, Form 16/16A, calculations & notices

Payroll: salary sheet & slips, PF/ESI calculation & filing, PF withdrawal

Finalization of accounts, P&L and balance sheet drafting

Audit support & MIS reporting

E-way bills & e-invoicing

Branch accounting & invoice maintenance

Registrations: GST, MSME, FSSAI, PAN/TAN etc.

Budgeting support & cost monitoring

Requirements

B.Com/M.Com (preferred)

2–4 years accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally ERP & Excel

Strong knowledge of GST/TDS & statutory compliance

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
