We are open to other industries as well.This is a strategic and hands-on role that demands a performer and task master who can drive efficiency, ensure accuracy, and manage a legacy team with professionalism and empathyKey Responsibilities:Financial Management & ControlOversee the complete accounts function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger Management.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow management.Manage and monitor payment terms, modes, and vendor settlements.Handle fund flow and working capital management efficiently.Compliance & AuditEnsure full compliance with statutory and tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audit and regulatory matters.Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.Process OptimizationReview and improve accounting systems and processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.Lead the monthly and yearly closing activities and support management in financial planning.Introduce automation and best practices in financial documentation and reconciliation,Leadership & CoordinationLead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams for budget planning and business decisions,Desired Candidate ProfileQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (ICWA)/M.Com with strong accounting background.Experience: 12-15 years in accounts and finance, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, direct & indirect taxation, and financial systems.Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Why Join UsBe part of a legacy brand with 45+ years of excellence.Work in a compliance-oriented, transparent environment.
