Position: CA / Accounts & Finance Head

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in heading Accounts & Finance functions
CTC: Open for discussion (as per industry standards)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function of the organization.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow to ensure operational efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and liaise with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.

• Drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.

• Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting systems.

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.

• Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making through financial insights.

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
