Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The candidate should ensure accuracy of financial records, statutory compliance, and support management with financial insights and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy as per accounting standards

• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements

• Variance analysis and financial performance reporting

Taxation & Compliance

• Handling GST compliances: returns, reconciliation, audits, and assessments

• Income Tax: computation, return filing, TDS/TCS compliance

• Handling notices, assessments, and departmental correspondence

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Audit & Controls

• Conduct internal audits and support statutory and tax audits

• Ensure implementation of internal controls and SOPs

• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

Advisory & Support

• Provide financial advisory to management

• Support in cost optimization and process improvements

• Assist in fundraising, banking, and working capital management

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act , TDS

• Experience with ERP/accounting software ( Busy ,Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in e-commerce / manufacturing / service industry

• Knowledge of Ind AS (if applicable)

• Advanced Excel skill
