Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Accounts Department)
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: 3–4 years (preferably in Real Estate or related sector)
Department: Accounts
Reporting To: Head – Accounts
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts, financial statements, and bookkeeping for the company.

Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.

Handle project accounting and cost control for real estate projects.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory filings.

Monitor and control company expenses and financial risks.

Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliance
Experience in real estate accounting preferred
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

3–6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
