Handling/heading the entire accounts Team
2. Handling compliance. (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
3. Preparation of MIS on Monthly Basis and any other reports as required by the management
4. Preparation of financials as per the requirements of companies act
5. Should have a good knowledge of Import and Export Transactions
6. Interaction and dealing with the Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditors, internal Auditors, Practicing Professionals, legal counsel etc
. 7. Drafting of legal documents including the Consultancy Service Agreements, lease Agreements.
8. Preparing reports for the management, advising on actions/ decisions to be taken. 9. Ensuring timely compliances required under various Acts and laws
10. Coordination and communication with various divisions of the companies
11. Conducting Profitability analysis
