Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.

• Analyse store-wise and business-unit-wise financial performance.

• Ensure accurate accounting of cake, pastry, patties, and other bakery product sales.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Manage GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance.

• Oversee TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory filings.

• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

• Maintain proper documentation for assessments and notices.

3. Costing & Inventory Control

• Review product costing, including raw materials, labour, packaging, and production overheads.

• Monitor wastage, returns, and inventory valuation.

• Analyse production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

• Review stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

4. Payroll & Employee Compliance

• Review salary calculations, PF, ESIC, PTAX, bonus, and other applicable deductions.

• Ensure payroll records are accurate and statutory payments are made on time.

• Coordinate with HR for employee-related financial and compliance matters.

5. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor actual expenses against budget.

• Provide financial advice to management for business decisions.

• Support franchise expansion and store profitability analysis.

6. Internal Control & Audit

• Establish and monitor internal financial controls.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
