CA -Fresher Financial Planning & Analysis • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units. • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability. • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L analysis, KPI tracking, and business commentary. • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case development.Deal Pricing & Commercial Finance • Partner with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to structure and price complex deals, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and compliance guidelines. • Develop pricing models and scenario analyses to support negotiations and decision-making. • Evaluate deal economics, including revenue recognition, margin analysis, and risk assessment. • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on pricing strategies and discounting policies.
