Key Responsibilities
The candidate will assist the team in:
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other assessees.
Conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits, including preparation of working papers and supporting schedules.
Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and related compliances.
Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit & Loss.
Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
ROC/MCA annual filings and other routine corporate compliances.
Assisting in Income Tax Assessment and Scrutiny Proceedings, including preparation of submissions and replies to notices.
Reconciliation and verification of ledgers, bank accounts, statutory dues and other financial information.
Coordination with clients for obtaining information and resolving accounting, audit and taxation queries.
Other assignments relating to audit, taxation, accounting and regulatory compliance.
