Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified CA with practical experience in GST, Income Tax, and TDS. The candidate will manage tax compliance, review financial records and returns, coordinate with clients, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage client-wise GST, Income Tax and TDS calendars, document dependencies and review dates.

 Review returns, computations, financial statements, books-to-return reconciliations and tax-credit workings.

 Identify tax risks and prepare clear advisory notes, assumptions and alternatives for Principal review.

 Analyse notices and prepare factual responses, calculations and evidence schedules with the legal team.

 Conduct routine client meetings, document decisions and track agreed actions.

 Allocate and review executive work; maintain working-paper standards and train the team.
 Escalate complex issues, scope changes, missing records and threatened deadlines promptly.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS.

• Understanding of accounting, financial statements, and tax reconciliations.

• Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

• Experience in tax compliance, advisory, and notice handling.

• Good communication, analytical, and client-management skills.

• Ability to manage and guide a team.

Alternative Qualification

CA Intermediate candidates with 4–6 years of relevant taxation experience may also be considered for the Senior Tax Associate position.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
