Responsibilities Develop and execute outbound strategies to target potential business clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service. Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially in business banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking software.
