Job Title: Billing Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment-related documents.
Maintain accurate billing records and update entries in Tally/Excel.
Verify billing details, quantities, rates, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries.
Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and outstanding payments.
Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day accounting and documentation work.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/related field preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
Basic understanding of billing and accounting procedures.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
