Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive & Tally Operator to manage billing operations and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and capable of handling invoicing, accounting entries, and GST-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Pass daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
Track outstanding payments and follow up when required
Assist in GST calculations and return filing
Handle billing queries from clients and internal teams
Maintain proper records for audits and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Educational Qualification
B.Com or relevant commerce background preferred
Tally certification is an added advantage
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with Tally knowledge can also apply

Office-based role in Sewri, Mumbai
