Process cashless and reimbursement claims
Verify policy coverage, eligibility, and documents
Handle pre-authorization requests
Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and settlements
Maintain accurate TPA and claim records
Resolve policyholder and hospital queries
Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and SLAs
Prepare claim MIS and status reports
