Job Description: Bilty / Transport Receipt Executive ( Billing Executive)

Location: Masjid Bandar

Experience: 0.6 to 2 year

Office Timing: 9.30 to 6.30

6 Days working

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue Bilty / Lorry Receipt (LR) / Transport Receipts accurately
Enter shipment details such as consignor, consignee, material description, weight, vehicle number, freight charges, etc.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, and dispatch team
Maintain records of dispatched consignments and pending deliveries
Ensure compliance with transport and statutory documentation
Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) follow-up and record keeping
Update daily dispatch reports and share with accounts / operations team
Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Support billing team by providing correct bilty and transport data

Skills & Requirements

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, ERP or transport software preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
