We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team at Pelikas Healthcare Private Limited to manage day-to-day billing operations accurately and efficiently. The role involves preparing invoices, processing customer bills, maintaining billing records, and ensuring that all billing transactions are completed correctly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 – ₹18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices and bills accurately.

• Enter billing details into the company's billing/software system.

• Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and applicable taxes before generating invoices.

• Process cash, card, UPI, and other billing transactions as required.

• Maintain accurate records of daily billing transactions.

• Handle billing corrections, cancellations, and reprints when required.

• Reconcile billing entries and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate with the concerned team to resolve billing-related issues.

• Ensure all invoices and billing documents are properly maintained and organized.

• Prepare basic daily billing reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: B.Pharm or Graduate.

• 1–6+ years of experience in billing, preferably in a pharmacy, healthcare, medical store, or related industry.

• Good knowledge of billing software, invoice generation, and basic computer operations.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing transactions.

• Good numerical and basic calculation skills.

• Ability to maintain billing records and complete work within deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
