We are looking for an Billing And TPA Executive to join our team at at Mumbai Security Force. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹18,500 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & MIS Executive with expertise in the manpower supply and security services sector. You will be responsible for managing complex monthly billing cycles, verifying client-wise attendance records, reconciling billing discrepancies, and preparing daily/monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate accurate monthly client bills based on verified attendance, duty rosters, overtime sheets, and shift rates for security personnel and contractual staff.

• Coordinate with Operations and Site Supervisors to collect, audit, and finalize biometric/manual muster rolls before invoicing.

• Apply correct billing rates across diverse service level agreements (SLAs), guarding tiers, and staffing categories.

• Draft credit notes, debit notes, and tax invoices in compliance with GST regulations.

• Follow up with clients regarding invoice approvals, ledger reconciliations, and payment collection updates.

MIS & Data Management

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports (Manpower Deployment, Attrition, Absenteeism, Billing vs. Recovery, and Gross Margin analysis).

• Track billable vs. non-billable hours, unbilled deployment, and site-wise profitability.

• Maintain central databases for client contracts, rate cards, deployment strength, and billing histories.

• Prepare statutory compliance annexures (PF, ESIC, LWF, Minimum Wages verification) required along with invoices for client submission.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills

• Advanced Excel: Master in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting, and Data Cleaning.

• Billing & Accounting Software: Billing Software , Zoho Books, or customized ERP systems.

• Manpower Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of attendance reconciliations, guard deployment rosters, shift allowances, and billing structures specific to manpower/security.

• Statutory Compliance Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of how PF, ESIC, Service Charges, and GST apply to monthly billing.

Soft Skills

• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical thinking.

• Good written and verbal communication for coordinating with clients and internal field teams.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight monthly billing deadlines.

Experience & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or related field.

• Experience: 0.5- 2 years of relevant experience specifically in Manpower Supply, Security Services, Facility Management, or Staffing agencies.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
