Job Description – Billing Engineer

EMS Consulting is hiring an experienced Billing Engineer for a leading Real Estate / Construction project at its Head Office in Moti Nagar, Delhi.

Position: Billing Engineer

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.

Handle RA bills, quantity measurement and BOQ-related billing.

Check work quantities, rates and billing documents.

Coordinate with project/site teams for measurements and billing requirements.

Prepare billing statements, reports and supporting documentation.

Reconcile bills and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain proper records of project billing and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction billing.

Strong knowledge of RA Billing, BOQ, quantity measurement and rate analysis.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.

Experience with client and subcontractor billing preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
