Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage accurate and timely billing operations. The role involves invoice generation, billing reconciliation, coordination with internal teams and clients, and maintaining proper billing records while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Invoicing

• Generate sales invoices, service invoices, and tax invoices as per agreements and purchase orders.

• Ensure correct application of GST, TDS, discounts, and pricing.

• Maintain accurate billing data and supporting documents.

• Handle monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc billing cycles.

2. Reconciliation & Documentation

• Reconcile invoices with contracts, work orders, delivery challans, and timesheets.

• Track billing discrepancies and resolve issues in coordination with accounts, sales, and operations teams.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

3. Client & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, corrections, and acknowledgments.

• Work closely with accounts, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Respond to billing-related queries and resolve them professionally.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure billing complies with GST and company policies.

• Support accounts team during audits by providing billing data and documents.

• Prepare basic billing MIS reports for management review.

5. System & Process Management

• Update billing information in ERP / accounting software (Busy Software).

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist in improving billing processes for efficiency and accuracy
