Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide information on bank products and services.
Transactions: Process deposits, payments, money transfers, and assist with opening new accounts and other banking activities.
Support & Administration: Assist with loan applications, document preparation, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Compliance & Security: Adhere to all banking policies, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Product Promotion: Inform customers about and promote the bank's financial products and services.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, documents, and customer data.
