We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the company’s daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth back-end operations, data management, and coordination between departments.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Process and verify documents, forms, applications, and other records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and customer support teams as needed.
Maintain and update internal systems, logs, and records.
Handle internal communication and follow-ups across departments.
Support inventory control, logistics tracking, and vendor documentation if applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or clerical role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
