We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Coordinator to join our team at an Anytime Loan company. The ideal candidate will support our loan processing and financial advisory operations by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth backend processes. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to gather required documents such as financials, legal papers, and project reports
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely submissions
Organise and manage both digital and physical document repositories
Ensure files are stored securely, systematically, and are easily accessible
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
Conduct regular quality checks to support smooth and timely funding processes
Update internal databases and CRMs with real-time document status
Prepare periodic reports to track documentation progress and follow-up actions
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the documentation workflow
Work closely with advisory teams to resolve documentation gaps quickly
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in document coordination or backend operations
Familiarity with financial and legal documentation (preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
Excellent communication and client coordination skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
