Role Overview:
As an Internal Auditor at Prearna Motors, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency within the organization. You will help identify risks and recommend improvements.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic internal audits of financial records, processes, and controls to identify discrepancies or weaknesses.

• Prepare audit documentation and reports detailing findings, issues, and recommendations to management.

• Assess compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.

• Help ensure that financial and operational practices are effective and in line with company goals.

• Communicate audit results to relevant stakeholders and follow up on corrective actions.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• 0 months to 3 years of relevant experience in audit, finance or internal control environment.

• Good understanding of basic financial principles and accounting procedures.

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
