Job Title: Internal Auditor

Firm: Agrawal Dhand Motwani & Co (ADM)
Location: NIBM, Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years

Required Qualifications & Skills

Seeking an Internal Auditor with hands-on CA firm experience and strong end-to-end understanding of core business processes. The role involves executing risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and supporting compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits covering O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS processes

• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls

• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance issues

• Test transactions related to revenue, procurement, inventory, payroll, and reporting

• Prepare audit working papers and concise internal audit reports

• Discuss findings with clients and track implementation of recommendations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of internal audit experience in a CA firm

• Deep knowledge of O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS cycles

• Strong understanding of accounting, audit standards, and statutory compliances

• Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit standards

• Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other relevant regulations

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and audit documentation tools

• Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

• Effective communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to audits across multiple industries

• Experience in process audits, SOX, or risk-based audits

• Professional approach with high ethical standards and confidentiality
