Job Summary
The Stock Auditor is responsible for ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records through regular audits and verification processes. The role involves supervising audit staff, coordinating with the Tally/accounts team, and maintaining stock data in the prescribed Excel format for system-based analysis. The Stock Auditor reports directly to the Store Manager and operates at the same level as the Production Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily and periodic physical stock audits across warehouse and production areas
Supervise and assign stock verification tasks to audit laborers
Ensure accurate counting, tagging, and recording of inventory
Identify stock mismatches and investigate discrepancies
Coordinate with the Tally/accounts executive to ensure correct stock entries
Ensure stock data is maintained in the required Excel format and system structure
Validate data accuracy for integration with internal tools (chatbot/system analysis)
Report discrepancies, errors, and audit findings to the Store Manager
Maintain proper records of stock audits and corrections
Follow up with concerned teams to ensure corrections are implemented

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock auditing
Experience in handling shop-floor teams
Knowledge of Tally and Excel (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good coordination and communication skills
