Job Summary:

Karm & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Re-KYC Auditor (Fresher) to join our Audit & Compliance team. In this role, you will help ensure that customer KYC (Know Your Customer) records are regularly updated and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to learn about compliance, risk management, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Review and verify customer documents submitted for periodic KYC updates (Re-KYC)

•

Cross-check submitted information with internal records and regulatory standards

•

Identify and report any discrepancies, expired documents, or incomplete records

•

Communicate with relevant departments or clients to obtain missing or updated KYC details

•

Assist in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Re-KYC database

•

Support in preparing audit reports and compliance documentation

•

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal Re-KYC policies

•

Collaborate with the compliance and risk teams to improve KYC processes

Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

•

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

•

Basic understanding of KYC/AML norms and banking compliance

•

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

•

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

•

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of auditing and compliance

•

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Nice to Have (Optional):

•

Internship or academic experience related to compliance or finance

•

Familiarity with RBI guidelines on KYC

•

Knowledge of any KYC/AML software tools
