Job Title: Audit Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to conduct internal audits. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify errors, discrepancies, process gaps, and operational failures, and report them to management for timely corrective action.
The Audit Executive will independently review and verify transactions, records, and processes related to inventory, sales, purchases, stock movements, and journal vouchers (Stock JV)
Detect mistakes, irregularities, and process deviations across the supply chain.
Identify stock shortages, excesses, incorrect postings, billing errors, and documentation gaps.
Highlight operational delays, negligence, and non-compliance with company procedures.
Recommend corrective and preventive measures to improve processes and controls.
Identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
