Designation: Executive- Internal Audit (Finance Background)

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Summary:

1. Conduct periodic financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

2. Manage TDS workings and return filing in a timely and compliant manner.

3. Handle GST computations, reconciliation, and return filing as per regulatory deadlines.

4. Oversee PF & ESIC workings, ensuring proper deductions, deposits, and statutory compliance.

5. Perform salary register audits and verify payroll accuracy.

6. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and highlight key variances or observations.

7. Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within set timelines.

8. Assist in internal audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for process improvement.

Key Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, and ESIC compliance.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).

3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).

2. Certification in auditing or taxation (preferred).

3. 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or accounting roles.
