Conduct distributor, depot, and market audits to ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Verify primary and secondary sales records, schemes, discounts, and trade claims.
Identify process gaps, revenue leakages, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Perform stock and inventory verification at depots and distributor points.
Audit sales returns, claims, and promotional expenses.
Prepare audit reports, highlight observations, and track closure of audit findings.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, statutory requirements, and internal control systems.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Undertake periodic field travel for distributor and market audits.
