Assistant Manager / Senior Accountant

Experience: 2- 10 years

Role Summary

Join the Finance & Accounting team to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, process improvements, and client accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.

· Migrate books of accounts from one ERP/accounting system to another.

· Prepare financial statements (FS) for audit purposes.

· Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients.

· Handle payment uploads and processing through bank portals.

· Prepare MIS and other management reports.

· Train, mentor, and guide accounting team members.

· Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, including bank, ledger, customer/vendor, and other relevant reconciliations.

Required Skills & Experience

· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and routine accounting operations.

· Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial statements, and reconciliations.

· Experience with ERP/accounting system migration.

· Knowledge of online banking portals and payment processing workflows.

· Ability to prepare MIS reports and implement accounting SOPs.

· Prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is preferred.

· Experience in training or supervising accounting teams.
