Account Assistant

Location: Kovai Mahalinga Puram (Coimbatore)
Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance department. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records

• Handle purchase and sales entries

• Prepare invoices and billing

• Manage cash book and bank entries

• Assist in GST filing and basic tax-related work

• Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile statements

• Support senior accountant in financial reporting

• Handle petty cash and expense tracking

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software

• Good understanding of MS Excel

• Knowledge of GST and accounting principles

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Any Degree with accounting knowledge

• Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years
