Account Assistant

Location: Kovai Mahalinga Puram (Coimbatore)
Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance department. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records
Handle purchase and sales entries
Prepare invoices and billing
Manage cash book and bank entries
Assist in GST filing and basic tax-related work
Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile statements
Support senior accountant in financial reporting
Handle petty cash and expense tracking

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software
Good understanding of MS Excel
Knowledge of GST and accounting principles
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Degree with accounting knowledge
Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years
