Job Role - Account Assistant

Experience - 0.5 to 3 Years

Location - Ahmedabad

Software - Tally & Tally Prime

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

Post Journal Voucher (JV) entries accurately and timely

Manage Purchase accounting entries including vendor invoices

Handle Sales accounting entries and customer billing

Perform Banking entries including receipts, payments, and reconciliation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts

Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations

Support senior accountants in monthly closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance

0.5 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience

Mandatory: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
