Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining books of accounts, including data entry and documentation.
Record and verify invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Prepare vouchers, expense statements, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support audit activities by providing necessary documents and information.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
