Job Description – Accountant

Company: Nalanda Industries

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Experience: 1+ Years

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.

Handle bank reconciliation and cash transactions.

Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.

Assist in monthly and annual account closing.

Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

Any Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Accountant.

Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
