Position: Accounts & Audit Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Qualification: Commerce Graduates ( B.Com/M.Com./CMA Inter )
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Audit Executive to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit assignments for our clients. The role requires handling end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, year-end financial closure, and audit activities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for own organisation as well as clients.
· Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS, and year-end books of accounts.
· Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and other regulatory requirements.
· Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and support audit assignments.
· Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial records.
· Coordinate with clients for data collection, documentation, and compliance requirements.
· Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
· Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
· Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
