GDS Finance – Associate Manager – EYP Ops Your key responsibilities Collect, analyse, and disseminate data to management in a timely manner. Prepare and present reports based on data analysis. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems. Oversee billing operations for a team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Develop, implement, and enforce billing procedures and policies. Streamline effective billing processes across multiple markets Act as a mediator between Finance and Business to resolve issues pertaining to overdue invoice Proven skills to manage the Accounts receivable Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to financial operations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate billing operations. Develop and execute financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Resolve any issues related to billing processes Skills and attributes for success Ability to process unstructured information into useful piece. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Power Point, familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Power pivot, etc. will be an added advantage.
