Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Ability to support financial diligence engagements through detailed analysis of financial statements, KPIs, and underlying business drivers. Strong proficiency in preparing and validating financial models, valuation support, and transaction-related analysis. Experience in reviewing quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow trends to identify key diligence insights. Working knowledge of deal-oriented financial analysis, including assessment of historical performance and forecast assumptions. Demonstrated capability to apply general consulting skills in structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and supporting client deliverables. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Chartered Accountant Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience.
