Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, statutory compliance expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journals, and ledgers.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Monitor cash flow and expense management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, QSR, or Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
