Area Manager-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Trade As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the bank's GTS Trade operations in a specific geographic area. Your primary goal is to enhance the bank's market position, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead a team of professionals, providing strategic direction and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of trade finance solutions to clients. Lead and manage a team of trade finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance. Develop and implement strategies to expand the bank's market share and client base. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in trade finance operations. Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the end-to-end trade finance process, including documentation, compliance, and settlement. Resolve complex client queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional operations. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for their development. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in trade finance. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in trade finance, with a proven track record in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. Excellent knowledge of trade finance products, services, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
