Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction Monitoring of Portfolio companies
